AIIC’s VEGA Network invites you to a special session with AIIC President Uros Peterc on 22 March.
The VEGA Network is the Association’s outreach group, responsible for providing support, guidance and mentoring for students of interpreting and young and novice interpreters. The Network helps these colleagues hone their ethics, implement best practices and advance their careers, For the first time ever, we will be hosting an inter-regional event and who better to kick off the action than the Association's President, Uros Peterc?
So join us to hear from the President himself. Learn more about AIIC, what we stand for, the work the Association does on behalf of its members and the interpreting community at large. Are you considering becoming an AIIC pre-candidate or applying for full membership? Are you looking for clear information about the benefits of joining AIIC and how to apply? Are you wondering what AIIC thinks about the profession’s future challenges? This is your chance to get the information you need straight from the top.
Join us in Budapest, meet the President and network with current and future AIIC members! And meet our special guest, Barnabas Toth, Director of Chuchotage.
Following the special session, join fellow intepreters at the first-ever VEGA/PRIMS Interpreters' BarCamp where you will brainstorm and talk about the future of our profession.
Seating is limited! Register here for the special session with AIIC's President and the BarCamp: https://tinyurl.com/VEGA-PRIMS-BarCamp.
